How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is packed with bubble wrap or cardboard stiffeners to prevent corner dings and sleeve splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Due to the nature of the product, opened records, CDs, and cassettes can only be returned if they are found to have a manufacturing defect. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
